I am well. I am whole. I take the steps to make sure my body and soul are nourished. I do not need to seek fulfillment outside of my body, within my body I hold my own palace of fulfillment. I am grounded and connected with the divine. When I am grounded my higher self is able to speak more clear. My body has what it needs to heal. My cells work together in effortless harmony. I fill my mind with positive thoughts and words of enlightenment. Speaking tender words to your heart and mind acts as a connection with the self we often ignore. Stating these gentle words help myself to realign. I take notice of the softening inside my body when I remind myself of the greatness I hold. I do not have space for negativity. I am well. I am whole. Even on the tough days I remind myself of my infinite strength. I realize in this moment, the power of my body.
